La ligne de sciage est complétée par une installation d'aspiration efficace pour les poussières d'aluminium produites.

Um nach dem Abgießen die Rundbarren in kürzere Abschnitte zwischen 500 mm und 6000 mm Länge zu trennen, war das Unternehmen auf der Suche nach einer starken und gleichzeitig präzisen Bandsäge, die dieser Aufgabe gewachsen ist. Fündig wurde das Unternehmen bei den Modellen der BEHRINGER Großbandsägen-Serie, welche speziell für große Durchmesser und extreme Materialgewichte konzipiert sind. Also ideal, um schweren Strangguss mit Gewichten von bis zu 3200 kg/m und einem Durchmesser von bis zu 1.300 mm zu sägen. Mit der robusten Peripherie lassen sich die Hard Alloys Rundbarren zudem zentrisch positionieren und im Anschluss mit der Hochleistungs-Bandsäge extrem effizient zerspanen. Ergänzt wird die Sägelinie um eine effektive Absauganlage für die entstehenden Aluminium-Stäube.

The sawing line is equipped with an effective extraction system for the aluminium dusts produced.
